Bumps, Birth & Baby Stuff (Booking session)

Prepare to meet your little one with our antenatal programme, offered as a one off, full day course 9am-5pm. Labour & delivery, feeding & general care and will be delivered by a Midwife, Children Centre Staff & Members of the 0-19 Health Team. We could encourage partners to join you for the course.

Bumps to Babes

A drop in group for mums to be and babies up to 12 months & their carers. Gain support & information during a fun play session finishing with song time. A great way to meet other local parents & carers. Every Monday 2.00-3.15pm.

Midwife Clinic (Booking session)

Midwife clinic runs on Wednesday's 9.30-11.30am. It is a postnatal clinic from birth to Day 28. To book an appointment please call the midwife office on 01767 224173.

Baby Days (Booking session)

A 6 week course for parents/carers and their babies 0-3 months. Wednesday 1.00-3.00pm. Covering a range of topics from feeding & sleep to play & child development. Baby Brasserie

A cafe style drop in for mums to be and breastfeeding mothers held Monday 1.00-2.00pm. Meet other breastfeeding mums over a cup of tea for advice, information & support. Run by The Health Team & Children's Centre.

Baby Massage (Booking session)

A 4 week course for babies 4 weeks +, learn simple massage strokes in a friendly, relaxed environment. For more information on the next course please see our latest timetable.

Baby Yoga (Booking session)

A 3 week course for babies 6-20 weeks or 20 weeks+. Learn simple yoga poses to support your baby's gross motor development. For more information on the next course please see our latest timetable.

Baby Sign (Booking session)

A 3 week course to learn simple signs to support early communication. An interactive session learning through play & song. For more information on the next course please see our latest timetable. 

Health Visitor Pop In

Held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month run by the health team & Children's Centre Staff. A drop in session for support with health & wellbeing. Scales are available to weigh, baby's only need to be weighed monthly until 6 months unless there are concerns with their
