Meet Our Staff
Cathy
Locality Manager
​
Cathy is responsible for the day to day management of the Centre and staff, and the co-ordination of services to support families in our reach area. Cathy works closely with our partner agencies to ensure a wide range of support is on offer and monitors the progress of the Centre's performance.
Alison
Family Support Worker

Alison delivers PAFT & one to one family support in the home. She co-delivers our ante natal programme, Bumps Birth and Babystuff; You will also see Alison delivering Baby Days, Parent Puzzle, Rebuild & the Introducing Solids Talk.
​
Alison is our Baby Days champion.
Lucy
Family Support Worker
​
Lucy delivers PAFT and one to one family support in the home and online. Lucy also co-delivers our ante natal programme, Bumps Birth and Baby stuff; Baby Days and Parent Puzzle. Lucy teaches Baby Yoga and Baby Massage too!

Lucy is our antenatal champion.
​
Lucy is currently on maternity leave and we are excited to welcome her back in September 2024
Tamsin
Deputy Manager/Senior family support worker

Tamsin does our 1:1 family work and delivers Parents as First Teachers in the home.
Karen
Family Support Worker
​
Karen runs our baby sign sessions, Time for Twos and Chattertots. Karen co-facilitates baby days and antenatal sessions. Karen also supports families 1:1 in the home.

Karen is our SEND & Speech and Language Champion
Kirsty
Family Support Worker
​
Kirsty runs our Bouncing Bunnies toddler play session and our baby singing session. She also delivers Parent Puzzle and one to one support in the home plus the introducing solids talk. You will also see her teaching baby massage classes.

Kirsty is our Starting Solids Champion.
Paula
Family Support Worker
​
Paula delivers one to one family support in the home covering topics such as Positive Parenting.
Paula facilitates the Rebuild programme , and co delivers our ante natal programme Bumps ,Birth and Baby Stuff, Baby Days , Parent Puzzle, and teaches baby massage.

Paula is our Domestic abuse champion.
Lorna
Family Navigator
Lorna is one of our family navigators. Lorna helps us with all our paperwork, admin & booking sessions.

Ruth
Gypsie, Roma and Traveller Practitioner
​
Ruth works across Central Bedfordshire with the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller community . Ruth supports these families to help find pre-schools and nursery places for their children and to access the free 15 hours, 2 year old funding . Ruth also takes stay and play sessions onto the traveller sites so that all families can access sessions at the children centre .
Jade
Family Support Worker
You will see Jade at our weekly Brasserie's in both Biggleswade & Sandy plus our stay & play sessions.
Jade is trained in Parent Puzzle, Baby Massage & Baby Sign.
